Michele Temperani is a certified dental technician who specialized in the field of fixed denture prosthetics in the USA, where he attended the courses of the Tanaka Dental Technology Institute and the seminars of Masahiro Kuwata at the University of Washington.
For three years, he was the head of the ceramic department at Kiyosato Okamoto dental lab in Seattle ( USA ).

Douglas A. Terry, DDS, holds positions as an adjunct professor in the department of restorative sciences at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and professor emeritus in the department of conservative dentistry and endodontics at the V.S. Prof. Daniel Thoma ist Wissenschaftlicher Abteilungsleiter an der Klinik für Rekonstruktive Zahnmedizin, Zentrum für Zahnmedizin, Universität Zürich. Er erhielt sein Staatsexamen an der Universität Basel im Jahre 2000 und anschliessend eine post-doc Ausbildung in rekonstruktiver Zahnmedizin an der Klinik für Rekonstruktive Zahnmedizin, Universität Zürich, Leitung Prof. Ch. Hämmerle. Von 2007 bis 2008 war er als ITI Scholar am Department of Periodontics, University of Texas, Health Science Center, San Antonio, USA. Seit 2008 ist er Oberarzt an der Klinik für Rekonstruktive Zahnmedizin, Zentrum für Zahnmedizin, Universität Zürich. Im Jahre 2013 habilitierte Dr. Thoma auf dem Gebiet der oralen Implantologie und Kronen- und Brückenprothetik, ist seit 2015 Wissenchaftlicher Abteilungsleiter für den Fachbereich rekonstruktive Zahnmedizin, seit 2017 stellv. Professor Thompson works in the department of Tissue Engineering and Biophotonics at King's College London Dental Institute. Known for his work on adhesion and bonded bridges at the University of Maryland and later for work on ceramic fatigue at New York University, he has published many articles and made numerous presentations on dental biomaterials in the U.S. and internationally.
