These lines are known and seen by dermatologists in the skin of African, Indian, and Japanese patients, usually females. No report of intraoral pigmentary demarcation lines was found in the literature. This article presents a rare case of pigmentary demarcation lines of the skin of the face and oral mucosa, which should be of interest to the general dentist.
