Postsurgical clinical and radiographic measurements were statistically significantly different from presurgical measurements. The rate of bone fill was positively associated with the baseline depth of the bone defect but not associated with the width. The noncontained infrabony defects treated with this combined regenerative method improved clinically and radiographically.
