It was found that different treatments led to rather different calcium phosphate crystal growth patterns, with fractal dimension ranging from 1.68 to 1.93. The observed crystal patterns may be explained by a general deposition, diffusion, and aggregation growth mechanism, where diffusing particle sticking probability plays a fundamental role.
