It describes the characteristics of the materials used, the procedures for implementing the framework, and the requirements to achieve the best mechanical and clinical properties. The result is a full-arch prosthesis with masticatory load shockabsorption capacities, chemical bonding between materials, good esthetics, and wear similar to natural enamel. A 24-month follow-up full-arch bimaxillary implantsupported rehabilitation, performed with computer-guided surgery, is described.
