A 20-year-old post-orthodontics male patient with multiple diastemas required restorative procedures. A multidisciplinary approach was performed, involving gingivectomy, in-office bleaching, and application of minimum thickness veneers. The immediate and 1-year followup results exceeded expectations; however, long-term clinical trials are necessary to evaluate the performance of this new type of indirect restoration.
