Andrew C. Jenzer, DDS, completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training in the United States military. He completed a fellowship in craniomaxillofacial trauma surgery and reconstruction at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. He has spent his career in academic medicine and currently serves as the Program Director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Fort Liberty, North Carolina.
Jonathan L. Czerepak, DMD, attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery in the United States military at Womack Army Medical Center and subsequently became Assistant Program Director and Chair of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center. He currently maintains a private practice in South Yartmouth, Massachusetts.
Joseph Ivory, DDS received oral and maxillofacial surgery training in the United States military. After residency, he completed a fellowship with the Oral Facial Surgical Institute in St Louis, Missouri. He spent the last 10 years of his military career in academics and has served as Assistant Program Director and Program Director for various programs across the country. He has since retired from the military and transitioned to private practice in Montgomery, Alabama.
