Sites were randomly assigned to Group I (DFDBA) and Group II (DFDBA + CM). Probing pocket depth (PPD), clinical attachment level (CAL), gingival recession (GR), and horizontal probing depth (HPD) were evaluated at 3 and 6 months and defect volume at 6 months. DFDBA + CM led to significant improvement in all parameters, indicating additional benefits of combination therapy.
