Odontogenic myxoma of the jaws is an uncommon benign neoplasm of ectomesenchymal or mesenchymal origin. It has been reported to be the fourth commonest odontogenic tumor. This article presents a rare case of odontogenic myxoma located right condyle of a 45-year-old female patient with a brief review of the pathogenesis, clinical, radiological and histopathological characteristics of odontogenic myxoma.
