With a diverse educational background, having grown up in South America and Europe before moving to Budapest, Hungary, at a young age, she laid the foundation for a distinguished career in dentistry. She completed her high school education in Budapest and proceeded to earn her doctorate degree from Semmelweis University. Her professional journey commenced at the Hospital "La Salpetriere" in Paris, France, in the Maxillo Facial Unit, alongside initiating a post-graduate program in periodontology. This was quickly followed by the establishment of her private practice. In 1996, she solidified her expertise by obtaining a degree in Periodontology and Implantology from the University Paris VII, Paris, France, marking the start of her exclusive practice in these fields. Her commitment to advancing dental science extended beyond her practice, as she engaged in clinical research, teaching, and lecturing internationally. Her academic achievements include earning a PhD from the University of Szeged, Hungary, in 2011, where she was also honored with an honorary professorship in 2012. Her vision for fostering education and research in dentistry materialized in 2018 with the co-creation of a Continuing Education and Clinical Research Center in Paris, France. Recognition of her contributions to the field continued with her election to the Osteology expert council in 2019, highlighting her as a leading figure in periodontology and implantology.
Tali Chackartchi graduated dentistry in 2002. Completed a post-graduate program in Periodontology at the Department of Periodontology, Hadassah & Hebrew University Faculty of Dental Medicine in 2008, and became a clinical instructor in the department at the same year. EFP accredited specialist since 2009. In 2009 graduated the program of implant reconstructive dentistry in the G.Niznick Oral Implant Center. Awarded Two years scholarship from the Staub-Family fund for Perio-prosthesis scholars. Performing research in the field of biological and clinical implications of the combined Ortho-Perio treatment and digital and guided implantology. International speaker on digital implantology, bone augmentation, soft tissue management around teeth and implants, and the “Ortho-Perio” interface. Former board member of the Israeli Specialists Forum. Member of the Israeli Post Graduate examination committee. Department Director of Periodontal Oral Hygiene and Prevention Hospital, San Raffaele, Milan Prof. Massimo De Sanctis, is currently the Department Director of Periodontal Oral Hygiene and Prevention Hospital at San Raffaele Hospital, Milan, Italy. He is chairman of the program in Periodontology at the University Vita-Salute San Raffaele, Milan.He obtained his doctorate in Medicine with honors from the university of Florence on July 12, 1978. Also from the University of Florence he received his Doctorate in Odontostomatology with honors. In 1982, graduated in Periodontology at Boston University, from the same University he obtained a Master of Science degree in Periodontology for an experimental study which he conducted between 1982 and 1983. During this time he was a member of the research program for Boston University’s Department of Periodontology. In 1987, he was appointed professor of Periodontology at the II University of Rome where he taught until 1989. From 1989 to 1999, he held various teaching positions at the University of Bologna. From 2000 to 2014, he was Professor of Periodontology at the University of Siena. He was President of The Congress Europerio 2 in Florence and a Member of the Organizing Committee of the Congress Europerio 5 in Madrid.He is a member of the Congress Organisation Committee of the European Federation of Periodontology and is Fellow of the International College of Dentistry. Prof. Massimo De Sanctis is a Member of the American Academy of Periodontology.He was also past president of the Italian Society of Periodontology and the past president of the Italian Coordinating Committee for the Scientific Societies.
Luca De Stavola covers the position of Visiting professor of Periodontology and lecturer for the Osseointegrated implantology Master of the University of Padua (Italy). Graduaded in 2001 at the University of Padua (Italy) dental school, Luca De Stavola gets his specialization in Oral Surgeryin 2007 at the “Privatzahnklinik Schloss Schellenstein” (Westfalen-Lippe, Germany) under the guidance of Prof. F. Khoury; in the same year he concludes the Master of Oral Medicine in implantology at the Westfalischen Wilhelms University in Münster (Germany). An internationally renowned speaker for his interdisciplinary approach between periodontology and restorative surgery, Luca De Stavola is author of several research peer reviewed papers, and is an active SIO (Italian Association of Osseointegrated Implantology) and EAO (European Academy of Osseointegration) member, and is widely considered one of the most emerging Italian speakers in bone reconstruction and soft tissue management. His latest publications and courses focus on computer-guided bone surgery and optimal soft tissue management.
Dr Gary Finelle received his Dental Degree from the University of Paris 7, France in 2009. He completed his doctoral thesis working on soft tissue healing around implants. Between 2011 and 2013, he joined the Advanced Graduate Program of Oral Implantology at Harvard School of Dental Medicine (Boston, Massachussets) as a full time resident. His major field of interests is the application of digital technology into the surgical and prosthetic implant treatment workflow. He is involved in implant related research and has published in scientific peer-reviewed journals. Now based in Paris, Dr Gary Finelle, lectures nationally and internationally. He is currently an ITI Fellow (ITI International Team for Implantology), an active member of the American Dental Club of Paris, and of EAO (European Academy of Osseointegration). His private practice in Paris is limited to surgical and restorative implant rehabilitations, and esthetics.
Dr. France Lambert graduated from the University of Liege in Periodontology, where she continued to obtain a PhD in the same subject. She has also completed a fellowship program in oral implantology at the prestigious Harvard School of Dental Medicine as well as the University of Washington. She is currently Head of Clinic in the Periodontology and Oral Surgery Departement at the University of Liege. Her clinical work is focused exclusively on implantology, mucogingival surgery and periodontics. Her scientific research areas target different aspects of the use of biomaterial and dental implants.
Professor Niklaus P. Lang is the author of more than 730 publications. He holds four honorary doctorates and honorary membership of 20 national and international associations. In 1968, he was awarded the Swiss Dental Association’s renowned Prix Louis Metzger, and in 1992, he received the IADR’s Basic Science in Periodontal Disease Award. He is a past president of the ITI and the Swiss Society for Periodontology (SSP) and was Editor-in-Chief of the journal Clinical Oral Implants Research until 2016. He is active in clinical research related to implant dentistry, periodontology, etiology and pathogenesis of peri-implant infections, risk evaluation, wound healing, and oral microbiology. From 2008 to 2012, he built up the curriculum in implant dentistry at the University of Hong Kong after having headed the Department of Periodontology and Fixed Prosthodontics at the University of Bern, Switzerland from 1978 to 2008.
Graduated in 1992 with a degree in dentistry from the University of Bologna, Italy, where he was subsequently adjunct professor from 1997 to 2000. Visiting researcher at the Department of Cariology, directed by Prof Ivo Krejci, at the University of Geneva between the years 2000 and 2004. Obtained a master’s degree in science (2003) and a PhD in dental materials (2005) at the University of Siena with Prof M. Ferrari. Researcher at the University of Bologna since 2006. Up to 2020, taught undergraduate courses on fixed prostheses on natural teeth and implants and prosthodontics at the University of Bologna. Italian Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry (AIOP) award winner for best research in the field of prosthodontics in the years 2005, 2008, and 2009. Obtained a PhD in material science in 2013 from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Bologna. Associate professor at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, teaching the courses of implant prosthodontics and removable prosthodontics in the school of dentistry. Dean of the master’s degree program in prosthodontics and implant prosthetics with advanced technologies, University of Bologna. Since 2004 collaborating with Prof G. Zucchelli in the development of clinical and research protocols related to implant-supported restorations, soft tissue management, and the interrelationship between prosthodontics and periodontics in the natural dentition. Active member of the AIOP and the Italian Academy of Osseointegration (IAO). Fellow of the International Team for Implantology since 2018.
Dr. Palombo graduated in dentistry from the University of Milan in 2015, with a concentration in oral surgery (Head Prof. Matteo Chiapasco). In 2017, he won the International Research Fellowship of the Italian Society of Osseointegration and obtained a Master of Sciences (MSc) from the Complutense University in Madrid. Then, he completed a post-graduate program in periodontal plastic surgery at the University of Bologna (Head Prof. Giovanni Zucchelli) and is now enrolled in the 3 year full-time master in periodontics and implant dentistry at the Complutense University in Madrid (Head Prof. Mariano Sanz), certified by the European Federation of Periodontology.
Ausra Ramanauskaite completed the dental education (DDS) (2006–2011) and specialization in periodontology (MSc) (2011–2014) at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Lithuania. In 2016, she was awarded a one-year Osteology Foundation research scholarship at the Oral Surgery Department, University of Düsseldorf, Germany. She received the PhD degree in 2018 and Dr. med.dent in 2019. Currently, Ausra Ramanauskaite is working at the Oral Surgery and Implantology Department at Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. Ausra has authored international peer-reviewed publications and is active in the research field of peri-implant pathology, bone and soft tissue regeneration.
Dr. Ignacio Sanz Martín is currently a PhD candidate at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, studying under Prof. Mariano Sanz since 2012. He also holds positions as Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontology at the same university and as Visiting Faculty at Universidad Internacional de Catalunya and Universidad Europea de Madrid. Additionally, he serves as Associate Periodontist and Implantologist at Centro de Implantología y Periodoncia (CIMPLA) and Director of the ITI Study Club in Castilla y León. Dr. Sanz Martín is involved in continuing education as a coordinator for the Spanish Association of Periodontology. He is a member of the Osteology Expert Council and has an Executive Master from ESADE Business School.

Anton Sculean is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Periodontology and currently the Head of the Dental Research Center (DRC) of the School of Dental Medicine, University of Bern, Switzerland. Prof. Sculean has authored more than 470 articles in peer-reviewed journals, 35 chapters in periodontal textbooks and has delivered more than 600 lectures at national and international meetings. He is Past President of the Periodontal Research Group of the IADR, of the Swiss Society of Periodontology, of the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP) and of the International Academy of Periodontology (IAP). Dr. Stefanini is a researcher in the Department of Biomedical and Neuromotor Sciences at Bologna University, Italy and also a dental surgeon in private practice. She graduated from the University of Bologna with a degree in dentistry in 2005. She was awarded a PhD in Medical Sciences in 2016 from the same institution. Dr. Stefanini is an ITI Fellow, has sat on of the Editorial and the Scientific Committees of the Italian Society of Periodontology and continues to be an active member. She was a Visiting Professor at San Raffaele University Milan in 2015-2016 and taught a postgraduate program at the Dental School San Raffaele, University Milan and for the II level International Master at Bologna University in 2017. Dr. Stefanini is an expert in periodontology and has authored several publications in Pubmed, as well as speaking at national and international conferences on periodontology.
Istvan Urban, DMD, MD, PhD, teaches implant dentistry in the graduate program at Loma Linda University in California and is also an adjunct clinical associate professor in the Department of Periodontology and Oral Medicine at the University of Michigan. He has published widely on bone regeneration and soft tissue reconstructive surgery around dental implants and is the author of the textbooks Vertical and Horizontal Ridge Augmentation: New Perspectives (Quintessence, 2017) and Vertical 2: The Next Level of Hard and Soft Tissue Augmentation (2022). Dr Urban is licensed in the state of California and maintains a private practice in Budapest, Hungary.
