Successful restoration depends on careful tooth isolation, proper dentin and enamel bonding methods, selection of an appropriate composite resin, and ideal handling of all the restorative materials. This paper details a procedure for placing a mesio-occlusodistal bonded composite resin restoration in a maxillary premolar.
