The radiographic evaluation revealed four supernumerary teeth. Initially, these supernumeraries were surgically removed. After orthodontic space opening with fixed appliances and an open coil spring the impacted incisors were exposed, bonded with attachments, and actively elongated with elastic threads. At the end of treatment all teeth were optimally aligned and the gingival tissue appeared normal.
