The main focus of the study was to find the average values of determined point graphic assessment in frontal and sagittal planes during chewing of hard and soft foods. However, as this was insufficient to obtain information on areas where occlusal contacts were reached, border movement envelopes were also recorded to obtain indirect information in connection to the previous task. The results showed that the graphic assessment form of mandibular movements was dependent on the consistency of the food that was chewed.
