The patient was initially diagnosed with osteomyelitis in the maxilla in 1986, followed by osteonecrosis spread throughout the mandible. GDD was genetically diagnosed in 2006. Despite the severe alveolar bone resorption, prosthodontic treatment improved the patient's satisfaction and ability to perform essential functions. Regular prosthesis adjustments and periodic follow-up should continue to avoid future complications.
