Most encountered reasons of implant restoration failure are related to the fixation mode- cemented or screwed. Usually, a small vertical prosthetic space imposes a screwed restoration but there are many authors which use screwed fixed prosthetics in almost every case. The main disadvantage of this type of fixation is the improper implant-restoration connection. On the other hand is difficult to remove a cemented implant supported prosthetic piece without any restoration damages. We propose a solution, which permits us to use an industrial made titanium abutment, and in the same time, it makes possible the access to the abutment screw any time we need it.
