Thomas Kirches, der Gründer und Inhaber von „DentBeratung“, ist seit über 30 Jahren in der Beratung von Zahnärzten tätig. Durch seine langjährige Tätigkeit in leitenden Funktionen verschiedener Dentaldepots hat er unzählige Zahnärzte bei Praxisgründungen, Investitionen und Praxisabgaben beratend begleiten dürfen.

Als geprüfter Sachverständiger für Praxisbewertungen, Medizinprodukteberater und durch diverse Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildungen verfügt er über ein umfangreiches und vielschichtiges Wissen rund um die Zahnarztpraxis. Er arbeitet unabhängig von Dentaldepots, Banken, Versicherungen und Industrie und veröffentlicht regelmäßig Fachbeiträge in verschiedenen Medien. Zudem veranstaltet er seit vielen Jahren große und ebenfalls unabhängige Praxisgründer- und Praxisabgeber-Seminare im In- und Ausland.
 

Dr. Axel Kirsch has been active in research and clinical practice in oral implantology and peri-implant prosthodontics for more than 35 years. The IMZ implant system was in part based on his contributions. Since 1995 Kirsch and his team have developed, tested, and established the CAMLOG® implant system. His current clinical activities focus on hard- and soft-tissue management and safe implant/prosthodontic treatment concepts, while his scientific attention is directed to basic research in oral implantology. Ever since he began practicing in his own office in 1974, Kirsch has held presentations, taught practical courses, and published numerous clinical and scientific articles. Kirsch visited numerous universities as a guest professor.

Dr Christian Köhler, MD – an expert in esthetic surgery, non-surgical techniques, and esthetic laser treatments – has, for more than 10 years, headed up the Prevention Center in Zürich, Zug and Schaan, Switzerland. He has more than 18 years of experience in general, vascular, reconstructive, and plastic surgery and to date has performed more than 50,000 nonsurgical treatments with botulinum toxin and fillers.

Following his physiotherapy certification, Dr. Kolster studied human biology and human medicine in Marburg. He has undertaken further clinical studies in physical medicine and other disciplines, with a special focus on the presentation and application of reflex-therapeutic procedures. Dr. Kolster is the author and editor of scientific textbooks in the fields of medicine, physiotherapy, naturopathic medicine, and physical medicine.
