Unser Trainer Dr. Kai Fischer rekonstruiert im vorliegenden Fall einen komplexen Knochendefekt mithilfe eines individuellen Titangitters. Neben Inzision, Volllappenpräparation und Periostschlitzung werden autologe Knochenspäne gewonnen und angemischt. Damit wird das Titangitter nach Bohrung für Osteosyntheseschrauben aufgefüllt, danach positioniert und fixiert. Eine Kollagenmembran sowie Hyaluronsäure werden eingebracht. Der Wundverschluss erfolgt mittels horizontaler Matratzennaht und Double-Sling-Suture.
