Wael Att, DDS, Dr med dent, PhD, is professor and chair of the Department of Prosthodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and a professor of prosthodontics at the University of Freiburg School of Dentistry in Germany. He serves as president of the International Academy for Digital Dental Medicine, past president of the Prosthodontics Group of the International Association for Dental Research as well as president of the Arabian Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. Dr Att is a board-certified prosthodontist from the German Society of Prosthodontics and Biomaterials and an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.

Being a dentist from Kyiv, Ukraine, he is one of the most well-known international lecturers and trainers. Graduated in 2004 from Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy. Dr Clavijo holds a degree in Dentistry from Universidade Paulista, São Paulo, Brazil (2002) and obtained the title of Specialist, Master and Doctor in Restorative Dentistry, from UNESP Araraquara (2003–2011). Despite his academic background, his focus is on clinical care. He has followed in the footsteps of his father, who has been a clinician for over 50 years in the city of Indaiatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. He has more than 60 articles published in national and international journals and has authored and co-authored books in the dental field. His work is based on clinical and scientific evidence. Currently, he divides his time between appointments at his clinic, classes, and courses in Brazil and abroad. In addition, he contributes to research in dentistry; he conducts research annually at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, USA, as a visiting professor.

Christian Coachman, DDS, CDT, attended the ceramic specialization program at the Ceramoart Training Center, where he also became an instructor. In 2004, he was invited by Drs Goldstein, Garber, and Salama of Team Atlanta to become head ceramist of their laboratory, a position he held for 5 years. He is a consultant for dental offices and companies, developing products and implementing concepts. He is the developer of well-known techniques such as the Pink Hybrid Implant Restoration and the Digital Smile Design Concept. Dr Coachman has lectured and published internationally and maintains a family-run private practice in São Paulo, Brazil.

Prof Ronaldo Hirata, DDS, MS, PhD, finished his DDS at the Federal University of Parana in Curitiba, Brazil, before completing a 2-year operative dentistry specialty at the same university. To improve his scientific knowledge, he then finished a master’s degree in dental materials at the Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul in Porto Alegre, Brazil, with a research thesis working with glass and polyethylene fibers to improve mechanical properties of composites. Following, his PhD in restorative dentistry at the State University of Rio de Janeiro focused on the transmittance, reflectance, and fluorescence of composite resins, Prof Hirata undertook a postdoctoral certificate at New York University (NYU) working with plasma application on dentin surfaces and bonding strength analysis. Now, he is Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomaterials at NYU with a secondary appointment in the Department of Cariology. Prof Hirata has lectured in more than 40 countries and published more than 100 papers in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. His previous books (TIPS, Artes Medicas, 2014; Shortcuts, Quintessence, 2017) were also published in three languages. Prof Hirata maintains a private practice limited to esthetic dentistry in Curitiba.

Prof. Dr. Fouad Khoury received his dental education at the Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon, and his specialization in Oral Surgery at the Universities of Freiburg and Münster, Germany. He was Assistant Professor at the University of Münster, where he completed his PhD and Scientific Habilitation degree. Since 1994, Prof. Khoury has been Full Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the University of Münster, and Director of the Privatzahnklinik Schloss Schellenstein, Olsberg, Germany. For many years, he has been a visiting professor at several universities, the Chairperson of the Examination Committee for Oral Surgery, and a member of the editorial board of many international journals. Prof. Khoury is currently Chairperson of the Oral and Jaw Surgery Society (AGOKI) of the German Association for Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine (DGZMK), and Associate Editor of the International Journal of Oral Implantology. He has received several awards (eg, the Pioneers in Dentistry award 2016 AUB, and the William R. Laney Award of the American Academy of Osseointegration 2017) and holds many patents. Prof. Khoury is the author and editor of four bestseller textbooks that have been translated into more than 10 languages.

Dr. Tomas Linkevicius has received DDS degree in 2000 in Kaunas University, Lithuania. In 2004 he finished post-graduate program in prosthodontics in Vilnius University. In 2009 he has defended theses “The influence of mucosal tissue thickness on crestal bone stability around dental implants” and received PhD degree in Riga Stradins University, Latvia. Currently, dr. Tomas Linkevicius serves as Assoc. Professor in Institute of Odontology, Vilnius University. He also works in private practice “Vilnius Implantology Center” and is a founder of private research center “Vilnius Research Group”. Dr. Tomas Linkevicius serves as a reviewer in dental journals, like “International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants”, “Journal of Periodontology”, “Clinical Implant Dentistry and Related Research” and “Journal of Clinical Periodontology”. He is the author and co-author of many articles in international journals, indexed in PubMed.

Dr. Pascal Magne joined Beverly Hills Dental Lab in 2022 as Director of Magne EDUCATION, after a long and distinguished career in dental academia and research. Upon graduating from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, in 1989 with a Med Dent degree, he was offered a position as a lecturer at the dental school, while practicing and receiving further training in fixed prosthodontics and other technical skills. At the same time, he pursued two doctorates, one awarded in 1992 (DMD) and the other in 2002 (Ph.D.), the latter in conjunction with co-authoring the book Bonded Porcelain Restorations in the Anterior Dentition: A Biomimetic Approach, with his mentor, Professor Urs Belser, which has been translated into 12 languages. "The biomimetic principle refers to using technology and dental materials to preserve and replicate the structure and function of teeth," he explained. He would add to his research on dental innovations at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1997-1999, before returning to Geneva. His discoveries have been widely published, resulting in many awards.Before his graduation from dental school, Pascal had been captivated by the beautiful photos of the lifelike porcelain restorations created by his older brother, Michel, who was the in-house technician for a dentist. In 1991, Pascal started working with Claude Sieber using a new dental porcelain developed with Vita. It was a turning point. "For the first time I could see the porcelain of a master inside of the mouth of my own patients," he said. Pascal was recruited as a full-time tenured faculty of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California School in 2004, as the Don and Sybil Harrington Professor of Esthetic dentistry. During his tenure at Ostrow, Dr. Magne spearheaded a multitude of curricular innovations in the areas of biomimetics, minimally invasive dentistry, and bonding techniques. His scholarly activity during his years there yielded over 100 peer-reviewed publications and over 200 continuing education programs nationally and internationally. As the preclinical director (2012-2020) of the Dental Morphology, Function and Esthetics module at Ostrow, Dr. Magne has also developed an innovative approach to teaching dental anatomy and morphology. In 2021, Dr. Magne published the second edition of his bestselling book entitled Biomimetic Restorative Dentistry. It has already been translated into several languages. After 33 years in the Academia, Dr. Magne eagerly accepted the exciting opportunity of the CER BRD educational programs offered by Beverly Hills Dental Laboratory last year.

Nazariy Mykhaylyuk is a specialist in a field of microscopic dentistry (mostly indirect restorative dentistry). Works in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine in family clinic in a team with his father and dental technician Bohdan Mykhaylyuk (Oral Design Ukraine). 2008 he qualified as a dentist in Ivano-Frankivsk Medical University. 2010 Created Mykhaylyuk Study Center and started organising courses for dentists on topic "Tooth preparation with microscope for full crowns". Organised about 80 courses in Mykhaylyuk Study center for about 700 dentists. Was lecturing about 70 times in Ukraine and worldwide. Dr. José Manuel Navarro received a Certificate in Periodontology and Implant dentistry after completing a 3-year program at New York University College of Dentistry (Chairman Dennis Tarnow). He was also awarded a Master of Science degree in Biomaterials from NYUCD for his research on high strength ceramics (Chairman Van Thompson). Dr. Navarro has received awards for his research from different societies, including the Academy of Osseointegration (AO) best presentation award in 2007 and the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED) Research Award in 2011. He has co- authored several peer- reviewed publications and book chapters and is Co-Editor of the book “High Strength Ceramics”. Dr. Navarro is on the editorial board of the European Journal of Esthetic Dentistry (EJED) the International Journal of Oral Implantology (IJOI) and is editor in Chief of Quintessence International in Spanish. He is past chairman of the European Association for Osseointegration (EAO) Junior Committee and is visiting faculty at different universities. He currently maintains a private practice focused on periodontics, prosthodontics and implant dentistry in Spain and London.

Irena Sailer, Prof Dr med dent, is chair of the Division of Fixed Prosthodontics and Biomaterials at the University of Geneva and adjunct associate professor in the Department of Preventive and Restorative Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. In 2019, she received an Honorary Skou Professorship of digital dental technologies, fixed and implant prosthodontics, and biomaterials at Aarhus University, Denmark. Dr Sailer is editor-in-chief of The International Journal of Prosthodontics and coauthor of over 150 peer-reviewed publications as well as the books Fixed Restorations: A Clinical Guide to the Selection of Materials and Fabrication Technology (Quintessence, 2021) and Color in Dentistry (2017). She holds several patents on esthetic coatings of dental/medical devices and a digital dental splint.

Anton Sculean is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Periodontology and currently the Head of the Dental Research Center (DRC) of the School of Dental Medicine, University of Bern, Switzerland. Prof. Sculean has authored more than 470 articles in peer-reviewed journals, 35 chapters in periodontal textbooks and has delivered more than 600 lectures at national and international meetings. Markus Tröltzsch is a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Istvan Urban, DMD, MD, PhD, teaches implant dentistry in the graduate program at Loma Linda University in California and is also an adjunct clinical associate professor in the Department of Periodontology and Oral Medicine at the University of Michigan. He has published widely on bone regeneration and soft tissue reconstructive surgery around dental implants and is the author of the textbooks Vertical and Horizontal Ridge Augmentation: New Perspectives (Quintessence, 2017) and Vertical 2: The Next Level of Hard and Soft Tissue Augmentation (2022). Dr Urban is licensed in the state of California and maintains a private practice in Budapest, Hungary.

Dr Debora R. Vilaboa graduated from the Complutense University Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in Madrid. The same year, she was accepted at the Seville School of Dentistry, where she obtained her dental degree. Later on she chose to attend the Advanced Pediactric Dentistry Program at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. After establishing the Vilaboa Clinic in 1987, she found that some cases could not be explained by caries nor periodontal disease and began gathering data. She lectured on tooth wear as early as 1992, both in Spain and the United States. Understanding how to approach the treatment of young children helped Dr Deborah Vilaboa in her work with tooth wear patients, many of whom had a fear of dentistry. As a pioneer in the field of porcelain laminate veneers, she treated such cases with a novel adhesive concept. Dr Debora Vilaboa soon became a member of the Spanish Society of Stomatological Prosthetics (SEPES) and the Spanish Society of Periodontology (SEPA).
